- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our pricing is fair and reasonable for the amount of expertise our team has acquired over the past two decades. Expertise on a multitude of systems and best practices translates to a low cost of ownership and a single point of contact for all technology needs. We also discount projects based on the size of scope.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We offer a free consultation onsite to advise new customers on the best solutions available. Once a scope is agreed upon, we provide a quotation which is discussed and adjusted according to budget. Once this quote is accepted, a deposit invoice is sent to be paid in full. Once payment is received - all products are ordered. Once all products arrive, our team preconfigured all devices and prepares them for installation. We then come onsite and install the fully tested systems.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Company founders have degrees in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering. Both founders also have 25+ years of experience in pro audio and IT fields.
