- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am straight forward with my prices and have no hidden fees. The price I quote you and the price we ultimately agree on will not change upon completion of the job. I don't play games and there will be no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will send you a quote. If you think it's a fair quote we will schedule a time and exchange information. I always call when enrout to your location. I accept payments of cash, Venmo, PayPay, and credit/debit cards. I am professional, will always communicate with you and will be punctual. I will treat you as I want to be treated.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors and master's degree, although neither relates to this particular business. I also served in the United States Army and have served one tour of duty to Afghanistan.
