Not quite the service I expected. I had a tight timeline (3.5 days) and was not given my items on time even after I granted an extension. Pretty much was just reformatting my resume, as the word choices for impact words on my resume were not as good as I thought they would be, not tailored to my industry. I supplied most of the word. It's a great resume and presentation I gave you a 3 page resume rather than the two-page resume that was paid for as you seem to want everything still put into the resume making it challenging to get it to two pages. I believe you have a great cover letter reference list and letterhead. Some of that language I used was taken directly from another pharmaceutical sales rep resume which is the industry in which you refer to and that person was thrilled with his resume. I've also done other pharmaceutical sales rep resumes who have been very pleased with their resume. I never should have promised to get it to you when I did and I apologize for that I will never do that again as I tell people I put you in the cue after people not ahead of other orders and the turnaround time is 3 to 4 business days anymore it's going to be like a lot of others it's going to be 7 to 10 business days will be my new policy so that I do not run into this situation again. I cannot put people ahead of other orders again. I will not do that. If I can't get it done for someone in the next couple of days I will tell the person that and they will have to take their business elsewhere.
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My pricing is not complicated as I have different packages to choose from. I basically will provide 4 documents for the price of 2 when someone purchases a resume and cover letter I include custom letterhead and their professional references for them to self-market themselves. I am passionate about LinkedIn and show my clients how to have it work for them and how they can find jobs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I typically schedule an appointment with my client, send them an email with samples of the quality of my work and meet with them again to deliver their package to them. I give the personal touch. I feel that if I'm going to write about you I want to meet you whether that's in person or over video conferencing. I have worked with people all over the world, including a soldier in Iraq.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I constantly watch the trends through the news media and other publications. I have been writing resumes for 20+ years. My clients are landing at good jobs or getting promotions.
