This company is wonderful. I used them to organize and declutter the unfinished part of my basement. Jennifer and an assistant worked quickly and efficiently. They were on time, friendly and worked with input from our family. They labeled everything and even placed laundry products in alpha order on utility carts. I so appreciate the company and their work. I will probably have them back at a future date to organize my home office! Thank you so much for your work ethic and friendliness. You are a treasure!

Jennifer and J’Arrange Your Space did an absolutely AMAZING JOB with my kitchen, mudroom, and pantry. I couldn’t help but stare in awe after they were finished! Jennifer is very professional and personable. She is constantly in communication prior to, during, and even after the job which made me feel even more comfortable working with her. I’m thankful she was able to fit me in on such short notice and still be able to provide a product list which I am so glad I immediately ordered. Her product suggestions made such a big difference in the space. My kitchen area looks and feels better than I could’ve EVER imagined and I’ve been showing it off to all my family/friends. Working with Jennifer has been an amazing experience and I highly recommend her to anyone seeking home organization. I could have never thought of the system she used to organize and make the best use of my many cabinets in my kitchen. From the virtual consultation to the day-of it was a pleasure to work with her. I appreciated the organized (hah) and professional experience I had with J'Arrange Your Space. The initial meeting helped me know what to expect and the contract process made everything very clear. I am enjoying the spaces that Jen and helper organized a lot, especially my home gym and bar spaces. The pantry and kitchen plans she created have worked well as a system and I've done a bit of editing within it. I loved getting some new and super efficient products Jen recommended. She has been great about receiving feedback about some aspects of kitchen use that are particular to those of us who cook a lot.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer reasonable price points and work packages for the region, which was based on market research when I began my business. I also offer discounts for multiple session booking.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a virtual consultation first to discuss their area of interest and put eyes on the space. I can also come out in person if need be to have a better look. We discuss the clients vision, their goals and how they normally function in that space so I can think through a user friendly system. Once that is established, I discuss pricing, send a work proposal in writing and we agree on a day and time for me to get started! Some projects take 2-3 hours, others may take 2-3 days. It all really varies per client and home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked under a family member who was a professional home organizer/interior designer for years. That’s where my love for all things home blossomed. I also have a family member that suffered with hoarding, so that gave me great experience working in those environments to bring goals to resolution. I am also a Director of Business Operations and Project Manager by day, so I understand how to function and flow within time and budget limitations.
