Introduction: First and foremost my business is driven to provide the best customer service possible. I pride myself in excellent communication skills and excellent problem solving skills. I received a bachelors degree in Computer Science from Coppin State University in 2018. Since graduating I have been working as a Network Support administrator for the NIH and more specifically NIAID (Dr. Fauci is the director of my building). My HP laptop completely stopped working after an update. After many failed attempts to fix the black screen myself, I thought all hope was lost and I would have to purchase another laptop. However, Bamtech repaired my laptop and I have not experienced any issues since. If you are experiencing any issues with your laptop, then I highly recommend that you contact Bamtech!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are affordable. Ranging from $50-$70 per hour based on the work requested. Also, I will charge a flat rate for certain services as well. Prices are negotiable, and discounts are available and will be posted when active.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: Consultation and basic troubleshooting of the issue. Step 2: Provide an estimate for the service. Step 3: Perform the service while providing status updates every single step of the way.
