Iyea was great to work with! She arrived on time and the food was just as ordered. We had a variety of people with varying tastes and her food accommodated all! Only thing I would have done differently would be to add more sterno cans as they didn't last as long as the party and our food got cold. Certainly no one's fault but our own. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our pricing is based on a few things: the menu items such as premium ingredients, how many menu items, number of guest, service provided such as drop off vs service needed. Our pricing for is customized based your needs and not a one size fits all. We offer military discounts. Minimums: Personal chef an cooking classes is $250 Catering is $500
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I love speaking to my customers about their favorite foods, health goals and needs and expectations. I speak to each customer initially before hire for 10-30 mins consultation. Once I am hired, I personally meet with my customer either through video or in person. We create customized weekly menus each week. I either cook in my home and deliver or in my customers home.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I love to create delicious meals using fresh herbs, spices and seafood. I am a mom and time is of the essence to me. I have developed a great system to cook 30 minutes meals from prep to table. I love experimenting with foods textures, taste and presentation. Each dish is special everytime I prepare it.
