- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I love speaking to my customers about their favorite foods, health goals and needs and expectations. I speak to each customer initially before hire for 10-30 mins consultation. Once I am hired, I personally meet with my customer either through video or in person. We create customized weekly menus each week. I either cook in my home and deliver or in my customers home.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I love to create delicious meals using fresh herbs, spices and seafood. I am a mom and time is of the essence to me. I have developed a great system to cook 30 minutes meals from prep to table. I love experimenting with foods textures, taste and presentation. Each dish is special everytime I prepare it.
- What types of customers have you worked with?I love working with customers that love food for the taste of it. I love the look on a client face when they taste one of my creations or when we prepare something together. Its pure joy to work with clients that love food.
