Iyea was great to work with! She arrived on time and the food was just as ordered. We had a variety of people with varying tastes and her food accommodated all! Only thing I would have done differently would be to add more sterno cans as they didn't last as long as the party and our food got cold. Certainly no one's fault but our own. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I love speaking to my customers about their favorite foods, health goals and needs and expectations. I speak to each customer initially before hire for 10-30 mins consultation. Once I am hired, I personally meet with my customer either through video or in person. We create customized weekly menus each week. I either cook in my home and deliver or in my customers home.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I love to create delicious meals using fresh herbs, spices and seafood. I am a mom and time is of the essence to me. I have developed a great system to cook 30 minutes meals from prep to table. I love experimenting with foods textures, taste and presentation. Each dish is special everytime I prepare it.
- What types of customers have you worked with?I love working with customers that love food for the taste of it. I love the look on a client face when they taste one of my creations or when we prepare something together. Its pure joy to work with clients that love food.
