Gaurav's classes are truly and amazing experience and one tht has become integral to my practice. He has shown me what meditation can be through movement. I find myself being able to push myself in his classes through my body breath and mind and supersede my limitations. He has so much knowledge to share and I am so thankful to be able to deepen my practice with him. Gaurav, has a magic about his teaching that makes you so comfortable and motivated in every class.
My wife and I had Asya come to our home to provide a one hour yoga lesson. She was responsive, punctual, listened to what we were looking for and very professional. Depending on what you are looking for, our yoga lesson style seemed more about flexibility and relaxation then a rigorous workout.
If I could give her 6 stars I would! I am a tennis teaching professional and my job is very physical. During the last few years I had been experiencing injury after injury which was taking all the enjoyment out of my work. Corey is actually one of my students and she encouraged me to try Yoga with her. I was skeptical at first and thought Yoga was for "other people ". I could not have been more wrong! After one session with Corey I could tell this is exactly what I needed. I have been working with Corey for the last 6 months and I feel 20 years younger! Corey is not only a fantastic Yogini. She is incredibly knowledgeable and well versed in many schools of physical fitness. Like Pilates, Cross Fit, TRX?? She knows it all. Incredibly, her expertise does not stop there. Corey is also a walking repository of nutritional information. Going to Corey is a great value, she just knows so much and is so willing to help! In conclusion, the other thing I like and admire about Corey is that she practices what she preaches. She is in great shape and an athlete herself. As an athlete, that's important to me. I highly recommend you give her a try. You will be glad you did!!
I've taken Olga's advanced yoga classes for 2 years and also had a few private sessions with her. Olga is the most knowledgeable and inspiring Yoga teacher I have ever had. I am certified as a teacher myself and have practiced Yoga for close to 20 years. Olga's knowledge of anatomy and many different asanas allows her to guide her students in a sequential, uplifting and spiritual practice. Olga is creative and there is always something new and challenging in her sessions. However, she also works with modifications and teaches students on many different levels. Olga also inspires me with her positive and nurturing views on how Yoga can represent and enhance a student's abilities off the mat. I am constantly inspired to be a better yogi and a better person after a session with her. I highly recommend Olga as a teacher whether you are a beginner or an advanced student or anywhere in between.
Jordan is a wonderful instructor and I love taking her classes! She is well-trained, passionate and caring which shows in her practice. Highly recommend!
Meredith's yoga classes are great! She's so flexible and makes them fit your level and experience. She goes at your pace and is quick on her feet. Also, she brings essential oils!!
I took yoga classes from Connie for almost a year until it became geographically too hard to continue. Connie is an amazing teacher, who combines routines with inspiring music which she changes each week as well as her meditation practice. She is very imaginative and inspiring and changes her routines to fit each persons fitness and goals. I took classes with Connie at a highly stressful time in my life and she adapted the routine to add songs and moves that would help him. Connie is a healer.
Esha is the most nice yoga instructor I have come across! she works with your pace and body accordingly. Very positive mindd person with a huge knowledge on what she is doing! Please dont miss out on this Great experience!
I don't often take Yoga however one of the things I enjoyed about Dante's Yoga Class is that he gave the history and context for each of the moves. He was professional and patient as he observed to make sure I did the moves correctly. I look forward to taking another class!

Ravi is awesome! I have taken several classes from her and I think if I can just keep taking them I can get really good at yoga. Sometimes you find someone who is just really strong at yoga, and Ravi is one of those people. She has stamina, technique, flexibility, enthusiasm - the whole package. Just sitting across from her in class, her strength seems to somehow transmit across the room. She makes it easy!
I have been working with Vanessa for private yoga sessions for a little over a month. She is very patient and has helped me strengthen my yoga practice and reduce anxiety. Her positive demeanor and good energy definitely keeps me motivated and I look forward to our sessions each week!
Rooz is a very friendly and engaging instructor. He did a community class for me and 10 of my friends on the rooftop of my building. He was very mindful to ask about any injuries or conditions before practice in order to offer adjustments and variations and he also asked if there were specific parts of the body that we'd like to focus our practice on. His music was on point and he offered different versions of many poses for those who wanted more or less of a challenge. I would highly recommend Rooz again!
Friends convinced me to try spin. When you are 50lbs overweight and have sludge for blood, your first spin class could be a very intimidating experience. Fortunately it was Lynne's class. She made me feel at ease immediately and more importantly kept me coming back. She motivated without being preachy. She encouraged me to get back into road riding. Since meeting her I have accomplished things that i never thought i could - 5ks, a sprint tri, a century ride as well as a 50 mile NYC ride. My fav event is a 45 mile road bike ride with stops at 23 pools for a lap at each. The best 7 hours of my year for the last 4 years. You couldn't ask for a better ally in regaining your health.
I have taken several of Eric's classes. He has progressively improved with each session. His instruction shows that he is clearly knowledgeable about the poses that he is leading.
Anita is an extremely experienced instructor. She showed my lots of things I didn't know about body problems and ways to help them. Her regular classes are fun & interesting and her personal sessions are excellent.
