Brandon was a pleasure to work with. He is a young man with a new business startup. His work with was completed with the high degree of efficiency. I am very happy with what he's done for me. However, I gave Brandon 4 stars because he is still learning the administrative functions of a business, like properly estimating the cost of the job. I paid twice the amount of the estimate. BrandonI quoted a much lower estimate than 3 other service providers. I spoke with them all to confirm that the estimate covered all the work I needed. I'm not the person who goes for the lowest bid because then I'm concerned about why are you so low and the quality of work I'll get...I have some really bad contractors and mist of them was because I did go with the lowest rate and it showed in the work. But, I chose Brandon in spite of this because I felt that we made a connection during our phone conversation. He was polite, respectful, had the knowledge to do what I needed and eager to please. I wanted to give this young fellow an opportunity. Brandon brought all those positive attributes to the job site. The work took a little longer than we both anticipated but, he completed my task list and I am very happy. I will hire Brandon again, but the next time I will work with him on estimating the job. Hire Brandon, you will not be disappointed. Just have a little patience as he is a young, start-up business owner with strong technical skills that is still learning the administrative aspect of business. Brandon installed 2-outdoor ceiling fans and 4-outdoor outlets.
