- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our first hour (pre-paid) includes an interview and preparation of a consulting or coaching proposal that I return to you within two business days. In the proposal, I offer you a "per session" option or a package price (usually for 6 sessions). The package price is based on whether you request/require frequent feedback, or request highly individualized activities such as resume preparation, personal/professional style or language sessions, or creative opportunities (painting, singing, movement). ALL PAYMENTS are billed and received via PayPal. Payment precedes service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I participate in webinars and learning sessions with other coaches in order to develop my skills. I read, write, and reflect with my peers to maintain my clarity. Most importantly, I actively practice the ideas I promote.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been teaching, training, and coaching as part of my professional life for more than 20 years. I offer insight, dialogue, empowerment, actions, & strategies to build confidence and develop competencies. My recent shift to consulting and coaching is another step forward in a career built on making connections and creating relationships!
