Now he is ready to give back and turn his passion as an athlete into coaching, training out of a state of the art workout facility! Wright's Gym is a clean and sanitized, COVID compliment environment!! A friendly atmosphere with essentially any and everything you could ever want in a gym! We take pride in providing an individualized approach for each person to help achieve their specific goals. Custom programs are created for each client based on what is agreed upon within the realm of health, physical fitness, skill training, and nutrition. Attention to client's wants and needs comes before anything else. When a person notices change, it creates confidence which brings me great satisfaction because at that point, they become even more motivated! I get excited when people surpass their original goals and want to set and conquer new goals! I love helping people change their lives to become a better version of themselves. I become so invested in each and every person that we build a life long lasting bond!

My experience with Shane thus far has been absolutely amazing! I’ve been with him for about a month and I’ve seen significant growth in my physique and my ability to push myself to new heights. Shane’s ability to showcase different exercises in new variations has helped me tremendously. He makes our exercises fun, challenging, and optimal! My body has done a complete body reconstruction where I’m starting to see progress finally, after years of working out on my own. I highly recommend Shane for anybody looking to see progress within their workouts and overall body physique.

Shane kicked my ass! I have severe asthma and have always been scared to push myself too hard. Shane built a program that helped me build muscle and lose weight, even though I can’t always do high-intensity cardio workouts. He had me flippin tires and feeling confident while doing it. We even dabbled in boxing, such a blast!

Shane has trained me into the best shape of my life at 35 years old. His training has gotten me stronger, more mobility, and more aesthetic! I started my fitness training with 'Personal Training' from a big chain. I ended up injuring my shoulder there. I moved on to work with Shane and he was able to adapt all the workouts to help improve my injured shoulder's strength and mobility, along with continuing training the rest of my body. This training has not only helped my physical abilities but it also helped my confidence in the gym along with my knowledge around the workouts, gym equipment, and nutrition! Something I have also never thought I would be able to do, Shane has started to train me in Combat Training, mainly boxing currently! It has added a whole new perspective to training for me! I would highly recommend Shane to any one that is looking for a Personal Trainer that will actually work with you and give training specific to your needs and goals!

Shane is an awesome trainer! I've been working out with him since the beginning of November couple days a week. Shane is very knowledgeable. He is able to explain how/why each exercise benefits you and how to do each movement properly. His work outs can be challenging but not impossible. He encourages, motivates, and always keeps a positive attitude. Along with all that he keeps it interesting. Ive never done the same work out twice. He also takes the time to go over nutrition. Some of my results since starting to work out with Shane : I've lost 3 inches around my waist, dropped 8 pounds, and gained substantial strength. However, the biggest change I have noticed is how my confidence has improved. -Life changing-
