Elin designed a creative program to help my 9 year old son prepare for his martial arts tournaments. My son definitely made improvements in his strength, agility and stamina. Elin was also able to fine tune his kicking and blocking skills since he has experience in various self defense/fighting skills. Elin is quick to respond to emails/text/calls and has tremendous knowledge in the art of exercise, bodybuilding and nutrition. I highly recommend Elin and his team for anyone looking for a professional personal trainer.

I have just recently started my weight loss journey with Mr. Byrd and I have to say he is hands down the best! He pays attention to my needs and is ALWAYS there to give me the motivation I need. It has only been a month and a half and I have lost almost 20 pounds and toned up areas I once felt so self conscious about! He is very professional and always on time. I highly recommend him

Franciscan Mission Service hired Mr. Bennett to teach a comprehensive introductory self-defense class to our volunteers who are based in Washington, DC and our missioners who are training to serve overseas. We appreciated that he took time to have an in-depth conversation with an FMS staff member prior to the session in order to gain a better understanding of the class participants and the specific goals our organization had for the class. Mr. Bennett then tailored the class based on these goals and he covered the necessary self-defense skills that our volunteers would need in different possible situations that might come up serving in a city and being abroad. Mr. Bennett's passion and pride for his work translated into a positive attitude that kept the class upbeat and energized for the entire time. Our volunteers left the class with newly acquired skills and were grateful that the session was a part of their volunteer training. If you hire him, you will not be disappointed in his professional, practical, and fun class!

I took 10 self-defense classes with Anthony and it was an amazing learning experience and workout. He took the time to make sure all our techniques were solid and then built on that, regardless of skill level. He let the class run away with the fun occasionally but other than that, his classes were everything I was hoping for.

A friend has advised me to take self-defense training, not a typical self defense course, a special training made by Falcon. I thought that he was joking, that’s been the true: a training give by an Israeli school security expert thought outdoors in real places. I did a special training, very special. I never found and did in my entire life nothing like that. Falcon was patient and constant to take me to be independent for my personal security. I learn a lot important interesting things. With Falcon‘s school I did an articulate training, taking care of all the technical, psychological, physical and behavioral aspects. Falcon is a high level security professional even if he doesn’t want to show it. His reserved behavior is synonym of guaranty, professionalism and importance. I have to be sincere, this training was really exhausting but I don’t regretet it.

I went to Brian for self-defense lessons. I had no previous experience, but I never felt talked down to or uncomfortable with Brian. His techniques were very practical and real-life applicable, as well as quick to pick up. Brian gave lots of instruction to make sure I understood everything and made the learning process easy. After just a few weeks I already began to feel very capable of defending myself in a wide variety of situations due to Brian's training. I highly recommend Brain, and would definitely go back to him.

Junaid quite simply changed my life. When i first came to him 2 years ago, I was overweight and my overall self-esteem was poor. He is so good at relaying information about nutrition, fitness, and discipline I felt as if I was getting my own professor to teach me for practically nothing. I have lost over 12 percent in body fat thanks to his workouts and teachings. When i look in the mirror now I not only see an improved body, but an improved person as well.

Brian did a great job tailoring a self-defense class for my daughter and me. My daughter had only 2 days before moving to New York to take this class, so Brian had to cram as much information and practice into two sessions as he could. He did a great job and both my daughter and I feel more confident about our self-defense capabilities.

I have trained with and known Master Johnson for over 40 years. He is like a part of our family. We met many years ago at a martial arts tournament in Virginia Beach, VA . I was competing as a green belt and Master Johnson a black belt. He took an interest in me and started advising me. I finished second, my first green belt trophy. We have been friends every since. I have attended his pressure point seminars with my brother and friends. We all learned new techniques that are very useful in defending ones self. I recommend Master Johnson to anyone wishing to learn self defense. Chief Darryl C. Smith, Sr. (Retired) Purcellville VA Police.

This is not a typical self-defense class. This is a re-training of my mind to better understand the physical forces at work, so I can then retrain my body to respond in a most efficient way. I am already feeling more empowered and in charge of my body. This is flowing over to my mind as I begin to take more control over decisions I make and relationships I am in. This is a self-defense class for my entire being- not just my body.

When I met breelaun, I had just stepped foot into a gym for the very first time in 19 years!! I didn't have the motivation, was very self-conscious, and was very intimidated by the machines. breelaun didn't make me feel like a big out of shape loser. He is very patient, and knowledgeable on fitness & nutrition. He's super laid back and not your typical "military" style trainer. Don't get me wrong, there were times I whined & said I was tired, & he'd let me rest for a little (like 1 minute) lol & get back to working out .Most important, I was very comfortable with him. I am very happy I made the choice of getting training w/breelaun & have made major changes in my lifestyle.breelaun is the best. Very serious about getting you to achieve your personal best while maintaining a fun environment. It's important to enjoy your workouts and breelaun makes sure that you have a good time. !!!! Thanks BREE BREE ;)
