- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing all depends on what you want as far as event lighting. There are different packages that include, full room uplighting, and smoke machines.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer contacts me, I ask them briefly what their idea for their event is. After i collect their ideas, I gather the customers email and send them a pricing PDF. This pdf has all their package options to choose from. Once they choose a package, they send me a reply email with their proffered package. Once they have their package selected, and I receive the $150 deposit to hold their selected date. The event is all booked and ready to go. Congratulations sit back and enjoy your event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have successfully completed over 100 events from Sweet sixteens, Weddings , Proms , Homecomings. From backyard graduation partys, to the biggest proms DJ Thanos has you covered.
