FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The work that I do as an interior designer consists of two main areas: design consultation and purchasing. As a consultant, I will work with you to design the interiors of this project, coordinating your ideas with my expertise to create an environment that fits your needs and expresses your goals. I will also serve as a buyer for you, to facilitate purchases and often save money for you on the necessary materials and furnishings. My hourly fee is $125.00. If youd like to purchase a Design Package for a pre-set number of hours, you can get a discount of up to 15%.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First up is getting to know each other. Ill interview you and find out what youre in the market for, what your design goals are, what youd like to get accomplished and when, what styles youre most attracted to, what you need, how you live and entertain, and much more. Ill take measurements and get details that are needed to put a plan together. Well meet and go over any drawings, design schemes and ideas that Ive come up with to create your new space. And Ill be getting your feedback and listening to you the entire time.
