- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are competitively priced, offer a wide range of inspection services to include radon testing, pest inspections, mold inspections, infrared thermal imaging, water quality testing, chimney inspections, pool/spa inspections, well and septic inspections all for reasonably priced package deals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After introducing myself, I walk through the inspection process by explaining how I will go through the property from top to bottom and front to back checking the roof, foundation, flooring, support structures, plumbing, electrical, etc. I also point out that I will be operating every appliance, every fixture, outlet, window, door and outlet. After that, I explain how I will provide an accurate report as to the property's current condition so they know when they might expect to replace big things and small.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an AHIT trained, InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector that has completed over 1,000 continuing education hours and have earned over 35 advanced certifications to better serve my clients with the most complete inspection services in the area. Even if you do not need all of the services we offer, it is nice to know that your inspector is trained to identify various anomalies they might come across.
