Trust and believe me when I tell you that God place people in our lives for a reason. I had a sewage backup in my home and to make matters worst my insurance adjuster ( Jeffery School was making my first claim a nightmare. Mr. Donald & Mr. Jones and their Staff was not only God sent but prompt, caring, respectful, hard working, informative, trustworthy and professional. I will never forget Mr. Donald recognizing how overwhelmed I was, he actually sat at my table and listed to all my complaints and concerns, most importantly Mr. Donald assisted me from the beginning to end such as the mitigation, insurance company and repairs. I'm so grateful to have found New Beginnings Restoration Company, i would definitely reuse and recommend New Beginnings Restoration. My nightmare began on January 7th, when I opened, the basement door of my newly finished basement to fine roughly a foot of on water due to a frozen bursted pipe bib attached to the garden hose which ran from outside into my basement ceiling! I was frantic to say the least! As I began to break down and cry, i called, New Beginnings Restoration who calmly listed to what I tried to inform them as to what was happening to my newly finished basement. New Beginnings instructed me to calm down, and this was not a big task for them, and they would get me through it! They stayed on the phone with me the entire time, called my insurance company for me ,and got the claim covered! They were prompt, professional, organized, well equipped, and went right to work! My daughter had continuous headaches, and noise bleeds, New Beginnings, came out with in 24 hours of our call, they did not find any visible mold, or any service they could sell us, but after their visual inspection, they ruled out everything but our pet guinea pig. New Beginnings Restoration recommended us to use a hygienist, who discovered through testing that our pet guinea pig, was the cause of my daughter's illness. We give away her pet guinea pig, and my daughter's Health turned around with in a few days! Although New Beginnings did not make any money with us, our daughter is much much better due to their unselfish referral! This company has a lot of integrity, I would use them again! I had a water damaged in the middle of night, called another company who never showed up... I googled new beginnings restoration and they showed up as promised in less than a hour.... These guys Rock!!! The work was Great & I would recommend them to anyone

NBR truly was a blessing. As a new homeowner in Baltimore I didn't know where to turn for quality home service and repairs. Luckily right next door was in NBR! NBR completed restoration service after a major storm, cleaned my carpet, and did extensive mitigation. The NBR team delivered excellent service with respect and care of my home and property. To insure fair pricing, New Beginnings Restoration, uses the identical pricing tools that you insurance carrier provides! We all use Xactimate, which is a system of software that determine price by up loading data such as the square ft, and linear ft. of the perimeter of the affected area! In cases where there may not be insurance coverage, we will gladly travel to your property to provide a quote free of charge! We will also honor the quote of any reputable competitor!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New Beginnings Restoration is highly experienced in working one on one with your insurance company! We also specialize in reviewing your policy to find hidden endorsements, that your insurance company may not want you to be aware of, which may or may not intitle you coverage! As our client, taking care of you, is our first priority! Although we are a approved vendor for almost all insurance companies, we work directly for you, and Your first call should be New Beginnings Restoration!
