I do not feel this is a fair review. The person I sent to do this party was a trained balloon artist who dresses up in costume. She has been with me for 3 years and offered single and double balloon twist designs such as flower bracelets, butterflies, swords and even Mickey ears for the birthday boy. All the children were pleased with the services. The artist did stay late to ensure that all the children received a balloon because the costume appearance got off to a rocky start. You told the artist that she did a good job and even paid her the full amount due on the day of the event. Prior to booking you tried to haggle my prices and you lied to another company aboutthe quote I provided you to get each of us to go even lower on the price. You reveiced a 20% discount for the services you did get and all services were rendered with no complaints on the day of the event. I did speak to you regarding your complaints the following day and you were informed that it is not company policy to give money back after it has been paid and services were rendered, however I still tried to make things better by offering my personal services free of charge for any furture events. I have tried to remain as professional as possible and have only received unprofessional conduct in return.
