- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a lot of different variables that go into pricing a job. But I will say I keep a low overhead set up. I buy mill direct so it gives me the capability to charge lower prices. These two things alone keep me at a very competitive edge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is we come to the customers house to evaluate the floor intended to be redone. While doing that we discuss with the customer their desired flooring being applied. We bring samples unless customer has already purchased and find the perfect flooring for our customers. We have a very large in stock selection of flooring but we also have lots of options them can be ordered as well. Lastly we come install your flooring and give you a guarantee on workmanship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the flooring business for 15 years. I have taken classes and havecertifications from most major distributors on many flooring applications.
