- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Not complicated at all, you will have a firm fixed price for services we agree upon. My fee is payable in advance and I will not finish until you are 100% satisfied.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Typically the process is as follows: 1). You indicate to Thumbtack I am hired and send me your resume. I send you an invoice via e-mail to pay via PayPal. 2). We set up an initial phone discussion, no time limit. Initial discussion centers on your short-term needs and long-term aspirations. 3). I send a draft of resume (2-3 days), quicker turnaround if needed ASAP. 4). Resume review: we go over your likes and necessary changes. 5). “Final” resume sent, however any additional changes can be made if required.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a B.A. in English from Princeton University, an MBA from California State University and have taught community college courses.
