- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Had a friend who was in the trade. He recommended me to his boss and I've been doing it ever since.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Usually it's carpet and upholstery cleaning work. But we have experience doing water damage, mold remediation and fire damage restoration work as well. There is not much we haven't seen or done. We've even tackled bio-hazard work such as crime scene's and bat guano clean up's. We are certified and have an extensive background in those areas as well.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Use a small, independent, owner operated company like us. Don't deal with employees. Deal with the owners. No employee is ever going to give you the kind of quality and top notch service that an owner will.
