- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices on the menu are per person. Additional services and food can be added on and the price varies depending on the customers exact needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to talk with new customers to see what they have planned or ideas on already. From there, we put together a quote for the services they will need from us. Once the customer reviews the quote, we then set up a meeting and/ a tasting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
