Complete home repair (Chris) has done a powder room a master bathroom, and my kitchen. He kept his appointments and sent a quote in a timely manner. His work is fantastic! He truly goes above and beyond the job. My powder room needed a quick turn around time (4 days....yes just FOUR) and he completed it in three days and worked after hours to get it done! My master bathroom turned out beautiful! It was such an odd shape and he made great use of everything. My kitchen was just scary. He completed it in a week...that week included all the changes I asked for in the middle of the week. He gave me great ideas on how to remodel the kitchen within my budget by reusing my existing counter as a desk. He also made me a custom buffet for the kitchen. Chris is an excellant contractor. I know I can depend on him.

This company came HIGHLY recommended by a friend who had used the in the past. My first experience was when I had a leaky ceiling. They came out same day, assessed the situation and repaired my leaking shower causing my leaking ceiling. I have used them several times since. I am also a Realtor and recommend them to everyone for any job, big or small.

Chris answered the add and responded to my house on a Thursday the same day I posted the add for hell. I showed him what needed to go to the dump. He quoted me a price of $50. I hired him on the spot. He stated he would go home write up the estimate and be back the next day (Friday)to complete the project. Friday I received an email from Chris stating he had family issues to attend to and hopefully would come over during the weekend to do the run. I sent a return email on Saturday and Sunday asking him to provide me with a date and time he planned on completing the task. As of Monday at noon none of my emails have been answered. I understand that family emergencies come up and things happen. I don't know if he decided he didn't want to do the job and was afraid to say I changed my mind or is still dealing with his family issues. A return email would have been nice to keep the customer abreast of the situation. I liked Chris upon our meeting but he dropped the ball. I will now look for someone else to handle this job.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we make contact with the customer, we promptly schedule a free in-home estimate. Once we evaluate the project or tasks the customer is looking for, a detailed quote is forwarded to the customer for review. We then answer any questions or concerns the customer may have. When the customer agrees to hire us, we submit a contract for signature and schedule a start date.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started this company in 1999 doing small repairs to complete gut and remodel projects on bank foreclosed homes. I have many years of experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with private homeowners, mortgage companies, banks, real estate agents, and a few commercial property owners and property managers.
