Introduction: I have many years of experience in all phases of home remodeling and many years of satisfied customers who return when they buy another house or have a different project.. I am new to Thumbtack but I thought I would give it a try. Quality is job one and i can give competitive rates due to low overhead. My work speaks for itself. i can give references on request. I don't mind doing small jobs at all, actually prefer them, but of you have a large project I know the right people to get it done right. I like Home remodeling because I get to meet many good people and leave them with something nice to enjoy in their homes. And perhaps the best thing is that it is never boring. There is always something different every day and I am still finding new challenges even after all these years in the business.

Brad is a skilled craftsman who has done projects big (porch enclosure and new bathroom) and small (any number of fixes) for us with great results. He's a true pro and very open to suggestions and working together. We recommend him very highly.

Brad is great. He built shelves in both my son's room and in our rec room - and they turned out great. He repaired water damage in the wood in our screened in porch and once again did a great job. Brad is reliable and great to work with.

Brad is who I go to for everything. He beautifully renovated two bathrooms 3 yrs ago--which included meeting me at Home Depot to help me choose good materials. He rebuilt some outdoor steps recently. Oh, and 10 yrs ago he totally renovated an efficiency apt on my property. And I mean TOTALLY. Also, he knows other reliable contractors to bring on a job when needed. Whatever problem or idea for improvement I have, large or small, my motto is "Better Call Brad"!

Brad is the best, no two ways about it. He framed a large addition to my house, a large structure over my garage, and installed everything associated with them. I've had him work for me on all other kinds of things from bathrooms to windows to decks, and I would not even think of hiring anyone else; I have full confidence that he is going to do everything right the first time. He's can also supervise, he's inventive, clever, and fast.

All jobs are quoted. Small jobs will be hourly, time and materials.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My field doesn't change too much. Only some newer building products now and then to learn about.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got married and after a summer job/honeymoon in MN at a summer camp and took the first opportunity that came along when we got home. It happened to be with a fine custom home builder. My father was a cabinet and display man, so it was an easy transition. I had learned much from him years before. That job, and that wife are long gone but the work goes on.
