- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I determine that our services and skills will meet the preliminary needs of the client. Next, I meet with the client, discuss the detailed needs of the client and answer any questions they may have have. This is a good time to determine specific musical needs of the client. If the client chooses, this meeting can happen via telephone or email. The next step is the contract. I draft the contract and send it via email. If the client accepts the contract, they will print and sign the last page, returning it via mail with the specified booking fee, The client may scan the signature page, and return it via email, mailing their booking fee or full payment (there is a 5% discount for this option), or they may choose to use PayPal to remit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take constant courses to learn about new equipment and techniques. I read extensively and test theories before implementing them for my clients.
