- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There may be a fee for traveling depending on the distance we have to travel roundtrip or an additional fee if there is a request for us to provide any additional services. Don’t worry, we will let you know upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's a relatively simple process. Once I send the quote and a customer is interested in utilizing our services, there will be a phone conversation to discuss the details and nature of the job, after that select a date and time the work should be performed, payment is accepted upon completion of the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 9 years of hands on experience working in the moving industry.
