- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We should have a consultation call before our very first training session, so we can review your fitness history and goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer & Fitness Coach, Certified Nutritionist & CPR/AED Certified. I have two years experience of coaching classes, and personal training. I love helping people achieve their fitness goals!
