I contacted Ricardo after the 1st hire of another company on TT was over an hour late and I chose to cancel. This made me cross reference on google to find more photos and signs of my next selection being a legit and reputable business. I feel if a person isnt respectful of a client's time, I have to question if they'd be respectful of my property. Ricardo responded to my inquiry promptly, provided a quote based on pics, and put me on his schedule at his earliest opening. Fathers day nonetheless. He showed up 1/2 hour early to ready his equipment and at our 10am appointment time he went to work. He took his time, set pressure at the appropriate power, nozzle ttchments, and cleaning equipment for each surface he washed. He even alerted me that beside my 3 story townhome siding and window cleaning, my deck was collecting some algae and he charged VERY little to add it. He was clear when explaining what he was doing and why and even showed me how to fix a piece of my siding. I am a very detail oriented person and will not give a good review just to do it or to be nice. Ricardo deserves this compliment and I will be hiring him for our yearly cleaning. It is true you get what you pay for and it's really great to know in this day and age when people are struggling financially, it's possible to find someone who is completely professional, knowledgeable, willing to take time to do the job right, AND not gouge people just because gas prices are up and general inflation is at a high point. His pricing was better than everyone else I contacted by far and he did a beautiful job. He even commented that he chose not to raise his prices specifically to help people still be able to afford maintaining their homes, the biggest monetary investment most of us will ever make. Thanks Ricardo, see you next year!

I hired Ricardo for his understanding towards what needs to be done, reasonable pricing, timely provide the service done, get the job done as discussed and as required. He provided the pictures before and after the work, ensure nothing damaged, provided all the info needed. Great work, quality and professionalism. I recommend him for the pressure washing the homes.

Ricardo was extremely professional. I had to reschedule our first cleaning and he was very accommodating. He showed up slightly earlier than his appointment, so we could review the job together. He did a fabulous job on my white privacy fence deck ,steps and patio. They all had a green mossy color on them and he did a great job. He also took time for me to take a look at the completed job. Lastly, he told me if I have any issues to circle back to him and he will gladly come back out. I will definitely be using him for my annual power washing.
