I had the pleasure of working with Jayseventz in October of 2019 for my sister's bridal shower. I received her contact information through a friend. From my first interacts with Jumoke, the lead, I was highly impressed and received excellent customer service. Jumoke was able to help refine my vision and answered all my questions about what I wanted to achieve.
On the day of the event Jumoke arrived ahead of schedule and ready to set up. The balloons were already inflated and she just had to attach them to the backdrop and stand. She even offered tips to me for setting up the other bridal shower decor. Her work was absolutely beautiful and I had a fantastic experience working with her. Jayseventz provided exceptional professionalism, high quality and reliable service.

Excellent and professional service. The price is reasonable and very affordable. They were on time and done before the expected time. I highly recommend TAOI for balloon services. The best in the DMV.
