- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer referral discounts, reoccurring services discounts, and competitive rate to beat our competitors. We will beat most prices. Policy updated 2020. Our money-back guarantee’s are offered when work is not executed. If extra services or undocumented request are made additional services may apply. Any and all refunds must be approved and is given at the discretion management.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers will be asked for the services that they need as well as to be given to sit in the server information about the project and about special appliances they may have a special needs that are important to them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All staff specially vetted and trained, as well as Covid training. Specialty staff workers have specific certifications in their areas such as shampooing and floor cleaning etc.
