FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First thing the customer should know about my pricing is that it is extremely affordable and I have a low overhead and passed that onto the customer. One thing I do want to mention is that I'm asked many times to do pickup and delivery. I charge the same price as if I was working in my shop or else it wouldn't pay to leave the shop. I want the customer to understand that it is not cost-effective for you to have me to go long distances for smaller jobs. I'm all about being fair to the customers so please consider that when you put in a request. I am in the Owings Mills,Md 21117 area and do not travel more than 30 minutes to small jobs and and 1 hour to the larger jobs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers I like to have a good line of communication so that they get to know me and I get to know them. I like to have a phone call if possible so that I can talk to them and make sure that I am the right person to help them out. I also just want to make sure that they understand my services and charges so that there are no surprises. I do you charge for travel time and I want to make sure that the job will be cost-effective for them. That's why I rarely travel more than 1 hour for the larger jobs and 30 minutes from my shop smaller jobs. They always have the option of bringing it to me to save on pickup and delivery.
