I am passionate about using only the freshest whole foods in my cooking (organic and non-GMO), ensuring the food is used to heal and nourish our bodies as it was intended! I will take you to the farmers' market, even further, to the farms and show you where the food comes from, how to harvest it and then most importantly, how to cook and eat it! (You may even plant the seed to growing your own food someday.) Delish Dish offers a variety of food and cooking -- from soul food to Asian inspired dishes, Spanish tapas and more! I am truly passionate to bringing people vegan and vegetarian cooking classes as well with an emphasis on learning how to integrate learned knowledge into a lifestyle change for you and your family.
