Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Don't pick someone just because they have a nice car, or look a certain way. Looks can be deceiving. Listen to them when they speak and pay attention to how they make you feel. The more comfortable you are throughout the transaction the better.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. You're not an expert just because you did a Google search. Leave it to the people who really know what they're doing. It will save you a ton of time and money.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. I think the most important question to ask, aside from experience and knowledge, is whether or not the person you will be working with truly enjoys their job. Some people just do it for the money, others just do it because it is a family business, but do they love what they do? If they don't, run!
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. First things first. You have to have your financing in place before I can help you move forward. It is important to get a preapproval from a trusted lender prior to viewing and selecting a property. If you need help finding a lender, I can certainly refer you to a great one.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I love helping people navigate through one of the biggest and most important decisions in their life. It gives me no greater satisfaction than to see the smile on my client's faces as they sign the papers at the closing table. It makes all my hard work so much more worth it.
