Introduction: Delicious Southern cuisine, delightful Southern hospitality. My grandparents owned their own restaurant and I was a bartender in Las Vegas for 9 years. I will help you plan your special event, tailor meals paired with specialty cocktails and or wine, serve and clean up to allow you to enjoy. I also patiently teach from scratch family recipes (peach cobbler, pound cake, macaroni and cheese, dressing, greens, bbq, gumbo). Nikki and Adam catered our backyard wedding. We had 50 guests, and they did a fabulous buffet, cooked it, served it, cleaned up after it, also tended bar, dealt with our guests, and cleaned up afterwards. Very good value, very professional, on time, did what they said they were going to do, decorated my cake at last minute when it arrived looking somewhat boring, and were just perfect. Highly recommend.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have very few pictures of my work, because I often have to sign a NDA or customers request phone off. 10% off of my services if I can take pictures of the food/drinks for my portfolio.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS of Education and taught daily living skills to individuals with intellectual disabilities. I have my TIPS certificate.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was a bartender for 15 years and grew up cooking with my grandparents, who owned their own restaurant. I love cooking and teaching others healthy meal prep.
