FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be fair with my pricing, but I do charge based on my time and expertise. I charged based on the location where I'm usually working and always include the travel fee so there is no extra fees tacked on afterwards.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically when I'm working with a new client, I try to find out what their hair goals are in the end, and what state they hair is in currently. I try to get a really detailed when it comes to color about brightness, tone, and longevity needs. I love to have pictures of the clients ideal hairstyle and then we can usually work from there. Getting to know the clients routine as well, helps clarify whether the style will actually work for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training includes cosmetology school at Aveda Institute, as well as several specialized training with Redken and Wella. I've attended many trade shows cutting and coloring Advanced Trainings as well. I have a cosmetology manager level license.
