Had my pool table moved from MD to DE last week and Chesapeake Billiards was fantastic to work with. From setting up the appointment to completion they were respectful and extremely courteous. The two technicians that came to my house were punctual and very mannerly while there. They were extremely careful both with the table and our home. No damage whatsoever, not even a scratch. Would definitely use them again and plan to in the near future when our table needs broken down and stored for construction projects. Highly recommend them to anyone for all your needs.

Chesapeake Billiards completed my move with great service and exceeded my expectations. They broke down my table at a friends house, packed everything up, re-assembled at my home (25 miles) and took care of everything. Very professional and would absolutely use them again.

Lee & Jason did a great job with my pool table. They have a great work ethic. They have an excellent work ethic and it showed as they disassembled my pool table. They were careful with all the parts and made sure they had everything needed to reassemble it in it's new home! Thank you guys so much! Thank you Chesapeake Billiards! You guys rock! The guys are extremely easy to deal with, after calling around for quotes to put new cushion rubber on my pool table I was nervous. Quotes were all over the place! I stopped in their showroom and they went through the process with me and it was all well worth it. This table hasn't played this well in years! Thanks Chesapeake!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Please do your research, you will find that servicing pool tables is a very difficult job. Pool tables should always be disassembled when moving, and should be properly rebuilt using the proper leveling techniques. A lot of companies will tell you there are licensed with the state and insured, ask for the certificate of insurance. We have come to find that anyone will do what it takes to get your business, for instance if we quote you $325 for a specific service and someone else quotes you $175 there is a reason for the large discrepancy.
