Disappointed with the level of customer service!! I've reached out to this company regarding a refund of my overpayment and it has been four months since my party and nothing has been resolved. My voice mails and emails have not been answered. If this company does not place customer service as their number one priority then their not worth it.

Ms. Kiser overpaid by $21.87 but failed to mentioned she insisted on having her party during a severe thunderstorm and tornado storm. One of the most severe for the year for Maryland. She insisted on her party causing all of our staff to drive over 3 hours on dangerous conditions. Then we're forced to perform on wet muddy outdoor conditions in the rain. All of the performers got sock and had to miss work for a week. Our fire dancer did an additional fire dance as some of her guestissed the first fore dance. Usually this would be an additional $150 charge. Also our staff moved all her guest tables at no charge to get out of the rain. Once again no charge for the hour of labor. She gave us a review like this over $21 and we comp all the additional labor?
