- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use a standard hourly mechanic and helper labor rate. We DO NOT upcharge on materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In most cases, an estimate is up front and free. We will provide any available reference needed to assure the potential client we are the company of choice. We usually rely on a good first impression to lay the ground work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
EPA lead abatement certification and current Home Improvement Law. Some formal education in communications skills.
