Upon initial contact with Affordable Speedy Appliance Repair, LLC everything seemed professional. The technician assessed that we needed some replacement parts and provided a quote on 6/30/16. The labor cost was average but the parts appeared over priced. I immediately started searching the internet and located the parts, the technician verified and confirmed that they were correct. We identified that the parts would arrive in approximately 7 - 10 days. The technician got on the phone and then advised that it wouldn't be an issue. He ALSO advised that it would cost $150.00, $75 deposit for this visit and $75 upon his return. Sounds good so far right ... The last part came in on 7/11/16... contacted Affordable Speedy Appliance Repair, LLC.,today, spoke with owner (believe her name is Katrina Koch) to set up follow up to complete repair. The woman asked what parts did i order, I told her that i did not know the name of the parts offhand but that they were confirmed by her technician, as he was present when they were ordered. She immediately postured herself in a very curt, rude and extremely unprofessional manner. Well it will cost $149.00 to install each part. I advised that was not what was previously discussed. She started telling me in a very harsh tone what the technician and i had discussed, even though she wasn't present. I tried several times to interject what had actually happened and then she said ... "I know your kind, you just trying not to pay my price." "MY KIND!" ... yes, ya'll just trying to pay less... "EXCUSE ME MA'AM!" ... "If you keep talking to me like this , I'll hang up on you" ... "MA'AM IS THIS HOW YOU OPERATE YOUR BUSINESS???" ... "I'm the owner and this is my price".... as i tried to convey the conversation that the technician and i had agreed upon, she would contiguously cut me off and say "All your doing is repeating yourself, i don't care what ya'll talked about, he ain't the owner" ... "Are you going to pay or NOT!" Obviously, at this point I wanted to fork over my hard earned money to such a wonderful woman and her welcoming business practices ... probably not ... I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH AFFORDABLE SPEEDY APPLIANCE REPAIR, LLC ... THE TECHNICIANS ARE TREATED LIKE CRAP AND THE SWEET INNOCENT WOMAN WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE (POSSIBLE OWNER), IS ONE OF THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, ARROGANT, BUSINESS OWNERS I'VE BEEN WITNESS TO IN A LONG TIME ... WITH HER USAGE OF WORDS SUCH AS "YA'LL' AND "YOU'RE KIND" , MAKES ME EQUALLY SUSPICIOUS OF HER REAL BELIEFS TOWARD HER CUSTOMERS OF "THAT KIND" ... STAY AWAY!!! STAY AWAY!!!! STAY AWAY!!! IN SOME SENSE I ALSO QUESTION HOME ADVISOR FOR PARTNERING WITH SUCH A BUSINESS. AT THE END OF THE DAY I'LL ALWAYS REMEMBER AFFORDABLE SPEEDY APPLIANCE REPAIR, LLC AS A COMPANY TO NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH BUT THEN MY NEXT THOUGHT WOULD BE THAT I GOT THEM FROM HOME ADVISOR ... IF THIS COMPANY IS A REPRESENTATION OF YOUR ORGANIZATIONS BUSINESS PARTNER, I NOW HAVE TO QUESTION LOOKING TO YOU FOR MY CUSTOMER NEEDS ... BAD LOOK HOME ADVISOR ... EXTREMELY BAD LOOK!!! I BET SHE'LL BE REAL NICE WHEN YA'LL TALK!!!

We have been in business for many years & respect our customers & jump hoops to keep our customers happy. Mr Rosado''s review has very little truth to it. It is sad that someone can write a review because they did not get there way. We have tons of great reviews & have a great track record. I would also like to mention that the two phone calls today with Mr Rosado were recorded with his profanities, poor English , grammar & loud voice & rude comments as I kept trying to ask him to calm down so I could get his information & he got louder and was very aggressive not knowing I was the owner & was talking down to me making demands. None of the language that he spoke of even exists in the recorded calls. Mr Rosado has also failed to mention that he was a repeat customer & had tried to bully the tech & the tech had to call the office because he did not feel comfortable. We have a minimum of $75 to come out & that can be used towards the repair. The simple truth is our tech was out on 6/30/16 for a refrigerator repair & spent over 1 1/2 defrosting ice on his refrigerator & quoted a price to repair it.. Mr Rosado did not want to pay for the repair. Instead he wanted to buy the part himself online and have us install it . The installation price on that repair is $150 for labor only & there is no warranty on the part because we did not supply the part & do not know if this is an after market part, used or anything about the part. The $75 trip can be used towards the repair within 7 days. All of this was explained as well as marked on his service ticket & when I tried to explain he got vulgar. Mr Rosado never called on July 11 as he stated nor did he mention or post the service ticket with all terms he agreed to. I simply explained that it was $150 to install the part & our techs are the best & need to be paid & we can not do jobs for less than cost. Obviously Mr Rosado did not get the answer he wanted especially from a woman & a tech & had to resort to this as he threatened ruin us. I have the service ticket as well as recorded conversations which speaks the truth & invite anyone to see or hear them.

I highly recommend using this company for your appliance repairs. They are affordable and gave fabulous customer service. Katrina was a delight to work with over the phone. She set up my appointment quickly and was always very prompt with responses! The service tech, Ed was friendly and knowledgeable. Both my washer and dryer were not working and he gave me honest feedback that my washer could be repaired but would likely be very expensive and recommended I purchase a new one. I was very happy to receive this honest feedback. He even helped with recommendations on types, brands and where to find a good deal. My dryer did need repair and was able to be fixed the next day. He cleaned up after himself and made sure to check every thing to ensure that my dryer would be ready to handle the massive amounts of laundry my family of six makes! Thank you so much for your excellent service!!
