If i could give less than a one star rating I would. I contacted Mr. Watts to handle the install of a new faucet and garbage disposal on my kitchen sink after having new countertops installed.
My countertops were installed on a Tuesday afternoon and the company suggested allowing 24 for the new sink to seal before we hung a faucet and a disposal from it thus Mr. Watt's was supposed to arrive Wednesday afternoon.
He originally said he would be there around 4 pm...at 5 pm (when I had another handyman arriving to install a ceiling fan) I contacted him to see where he was. He told me he was on the beltway about 20 minutes from me and would be there soon.
Another hour and a half went by and I called him back. At this point he told me his basement had flooded and he needed to attend to it. I asked why he didn't tell me this 2 hours before but he had no answer.
He promised me that he would be over FIRST THING Thursday morning. Another no call/no show. Wouldn't return calls.
This entire time I couldn't wash dishes in my sink or use my dishwasher because nothing was hooked up. I had to cart my dishes in a rubbermaid tote upstairs and wash and dry them in my bathroom sink.
Mr. Watts never did contact me again regarding why he completely failed in every aspect of customer service.
I finally found someone to help me install my faucet and disposal through a friend. It was over a week later.
BEWARE OF THIS HANDYMAN if you actually need a job completed.
