- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I estimate labor and materials. Clients are welcome to take a day rate if they prefer. My estimate are transparent. Everything is defined and, with samples, there are no surprises. You get exactly what you expect and I don't stop until you say "Gorgeous!".
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Experience matters. I've learned things on every job I've done and I think it shows in the quality of the work. I've been painting, in various capacities, for 30 years. Almost all of my clients are repeat customers and I work hard to achieve the environment that they're looking for.
