Introduction: I meet with my clients in their home so they can be comfortable working with me. I begin the process by touring the spaces in which they need assistance, then return with the design, which includes fabric samples, etc. to show them what they need in that space. The selections are made after I ask lots of questions about their needs and wants. After I've begun the order process with them, I oversee the entire project and keep tabs on everything I've ordered for them. Finally, I have those things delivered and installed. It's easy for my clients who are usually busy and don't have the time or know-how to take these on themselves. I'm a "people person" who enjoys people and design! I love to make my clients' homes beautiful and comfortable!

From complete kitchen & bath renovations to custom framing in your foyer, Terry brings out the wow factor each and every time no matter how large or small the project is. She is not only an interior decorator but truly acts as a project manager making sure the right people are doing the work and that the job is completed! I recently purchased a condo in Silo Point and can't wait to hear her ideas for house # 6, I wouldn't have it any other way!

I worked with Terry 10 years ago and then recently reconnected with her this past year. She has helped me with custom design draperies, blinds, furniture, paint selections and general design questions. Terry is super easy to work with. Terry was awesome! We met before I moved into my new home and we talked about what I had, what I wanted, etc. We made a few decisions in advance sine I knew those pieces would not change when I moved. Once I moved in, Terry was ready with great ideas on how to achieve the "look". She was cognizant of the budget and kept me in the loop during the process. We did make some decisions based on the "what if's" and the "what if" happened ~we had to move out of state. But the work that we did helped us sell our home. Everyone loved the color schemes we choose :)

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When custom products are being purchased from me as part of a room design (such as furniture, window treatments, floor covering, lighting, art, etc.), I'm compensated by what you purchase - my design fee is included. If you want consultation only, then we can discuss a flat fee per room or hourly, depending on the scope of the project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide a complimentary consultation when full-service decorating is needed. This gives us both the opportunity to meet each other and I see this first visit as my fact-finding mission in order to see your style, taste, and needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my certification in Interior Decorating and also 24 years of continual training from our franchise company. I also have enough experience that I am one of the trainers for our annual conference classes and for all new franchisees coming into the company.
