If I could give a 10 star review, I would!! I hired Royal Movement for my bachelorette party and amazing would not even begin to describe the service. It truly made the weekend even more special than I could have imagined.
I will start with the kind and courteous nature of Kaleb. From the first moment we spoke on the phone, Kaleb was so excited for me and my wedding and he went out of his way to show his enthusiasm. As a busy bride-to-be, I was not great with my follow-up and Kaleb was always understanding and gave gentle reminders when he needed information from me.
When it came to the day of, you can imagine that a group of girls getting ready were not on time. Kaleb was flexible with our start and end time, noting that he was there for us and wanted us to have a special and fun day touring wineries in Baltimore County.
The weather was not cooperative - it poured rain all day! Kaleb got as close as possible to each door and walked us each individually under an umbrella so we didn't get wet (all while getting soaking wet himself). Not once did he complain or even bat an eye at making sure we were dry and comfortable.
Now for the really amazing part - I hadn't toured wineries in Baltimore County before and was unaware of the 5pm closing for most locations. We arrived at one of our stops at 4:45 and they could no longer serve us tastings because they were shutting down. While we were using the restroom and being disappointed that we had to end our wine tastings, Kaleb jumped on the phone and called another winery (Fiore - also amazing). He talked to the staff and told them I was celebrating getting married and asked if they could possibly stay open for us. Because he was so kind and courteous, they agreed to stay open just for us!
I could go on and on but, I think the summary is that YOU SHOULD HIRE ROYAL MOVEMENT!! They go out of their way to accommodate and give you the best possible experience. I will be sharing my story and experience anywhere possible because Kaleb truly made our trip and my bachelorette weekend more special than I could have imagined. I was disappointed our day was going to end earlier than we expected and Kaleb went above and beyond to make sure that didn't happen. He is so kind, accommodating, and always thinking ahead to the needs of his customers. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. Thank you, Kaleb and Royal Movement! We will be using your services again!!
