- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fairly straight forward. For all of or services it is: My regular rate is $70/hr. There is a possible long distance travel charge of $20. This charge is rarely applied. Hot Stone is a $20 upgrade Aromatherapy is free to all first time clients.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Strangely enough, Startrek was the catalyst to my interest in massage. When i was really young I wanted to learn how to do Mr. Spock's Vulcan death grip. He would pinch a "bad guy"s shoulder and knock him out. My grandmother took me to the library and i would pick up books on pressure points. This lead to massage books and videos. It has been my hobby for over 18 years now.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I specialize in neck/shoulder work. I have tons of techniques for relieving stress and discomfort in said area.
