Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: We are a 10 piece, multi-genre group based out of Baltimore. Our music is a groove oriented mix of funk, jazz and soul, some reggae, disco, alt country and electronic type stuff (breakbeats/house) as well. We incorporate horns, modern beats, synthesizers and turntableism, which we think gives our music a broad appeal. “Funktronic Breakbeat Soul-Jazz” as we like to call it. We know how to keep folks on the dancefloor and we take great pride in catering to a diverse audience through the use of original music or our own version a classic. Ultimately, the best part about this job is coming into contact with the people that share our same love for music. I try and write tunes that make people want to dance for the most part and I love it when they do. Music can be very subjective, so when people convey any love for your art, it validates all your hard work. As an original artist, that's what drives me. As an added bonus, we get to share the bill with national touring acts like Galactic, Black Joe Lewis & The Honeybears, Mighty Mighty Bosstones, The Pietasters, Marky Ramone, Hackensaw Boys, Ballyhoo!, L.A. Guns and Days of the New as well as local/regional groups like Jah Works, Cris Jacobs, Bosley, All Mighty Senators, OJR, The Mantras, Donna the Buffalo, Kelly Bell Band, DeltaNine, Pasadena, Laughing Colors, The Cheaters, J Pope & Funk Friday, Deaf Scene, Old Man Brown, Skribe, Higher Hands, Bond & Bentley, Sweet Leda, Grilled Lincolns, Swampcandy, Bumpin Uglies, Charm City Devils, Freedom Enterprise, Kustom Blend & Pressing Strings.

Billy and co are top notch. I've known Mr. Martin for a long time and he's played many events at my place in a couple different bands. He's a consummate professional and a good dude. FFRD is unique because they don't really sound like any one band. They're a combination of quite a few different genres, people of all ages will get what they do and they are super tight for such a big band. Hire them.
