- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As much as we would like to have standard pricing, there are always factors that can affect the cost of the job. Because we care about the end result, we don't want to rush or use substandard products.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always like to speak to or visit with a potential client. The more information we have about a job, the more accurate the quote can be and there is less chance for unexpected costs. We value the relationship built before, during, and after the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Rob (owner) has a Bachelor's Degree in Music from Berklee College of Music and is a member of CEDIA. Other techs have trained at CEDIA and Sheffield Studios.
