Introduction: Designing a website seems pretty straightforward nowadays with so many templates to choose from and people tend to overlook what their user truly wants to get out of their site. Users want to experience something in particular with each site they visit and it is my job to not only deliver the experience they are looking for, but also in a manner that is unique and helps you stand out as the website owner. Whether it is your personal website, your company's website or any other website you can think of; it is always important to understand what the user wants and that is where I come in! I love the creative aspect of my work, being able to innovate with each website I work with is a lot of fun! Also seeing a user give me great feedback on a site I contributed on is incredibly fulfilling! I am very passionate about the work I do and am constantly trying to keeping up-to-date with newer technology and strategic approaches to UX Design.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, each project budget is defined on a case to case basis. Price will depend on how many hours need to be put in and what type of software/technology/research I will require to complete each project successfully.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I meet in person or through virtual means with interested parties and ask them what kind of work they are requesting exactly. Once they provide me with the answers to my questions I may have, I proceed to explain to them what I think needs to be done and if they agree with my approach on the problem, I would finally go over my design process to get to the final product.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have done an immersive course at General Assembly in User Experience Design gaining 400+ hours of professional UX hands on experience. I have also done part of a degree in copywriting which has given me great knowledge regarding content strategy. On a side note, I am pursuing my B.A. Degree in Communications at UMUC.
