After reading the reviews and seeing the consistent 5 star ratings, I chose to contact Garth of Graham Electric. Garth was fast to respond to my initial thumbtack contact (on a Monday night) and we communicated mostly through email, including after normal business hours. Once we honed in on a projected cost for the electrical repairs, Garth was able to fit me into his schedule within days (the same week's Friday). The delay from Monday night to Friday was on my end; otherwise, I'm certain Garth would have been on the job sooner.
The electrical repairs Garth was to complete were as a result of a contingency checklist for the sale of my townhouse. To provide Garth with the full perspective of the job, I sent him a copy of the complete inspection report. If you know Mike Holmes from HGTV, Garth was all about making it right.
The service was quick and thorough and involved only what needed to be done. For example, I was under the impression my attic fan needed to be replaced or at the least the thermostat replaced. In the end, all Garth did was a little cleaning and greasing and, presto!, it was working properly again. The original estimated cost was reasonable for the tasks at hand. However, because some of the repairs did not need repairing, the costs came down.
I was very pleased with Garths timeliness and professionalism. If the opportunity arises to use his services again in the future, I will.
