Edin Lemus went above and beyond for my project. The new flooring looks great. He had to move my entire library out to do the flooring and then moved it back in. Noone else would do the moving but he did not hesitate. He does a really good job with the pattern and saves a lot of materials so I don’t have to overspend. I appreciate and recommend Lemus Construction.

He gave me a great price for the job, however it has been a disaster. I do not recommend this contractor, don’t waste your time. He has been paid and the job is still not finished. I had to take down his work and re-do most of it. This is the first time I’ve had this experience on thumbtack.

It is really unfortunate that we have not been able to agree on a date for our team to come finish up the final installments, i completed all rough plumbing , subfloor, framing , insulation , electrical , all backerboard was completed , the bathroom was left tile Ready as you asked , I was ready to finish up the final installation but you said your father got sick and could not complete the tile until 3 weeks after our last day working there . Which made it more Difficult for me to coordinate on a date to come back as you travel a3 days out of the week to Denver , Arizona, as we were coordinating a date. On Thursday June 6, at 5pm I texted you to confirm our appointment on Friday June 7 , for us to complete your project but you canceled and said you were stuck in phoenix , ever since then i have not been able to come by and you have not been flexible to coordinate a date . I apologize we have not been able to agree on a date , further I would want to know what part of our work has had to be redone as you said you completed the tile and was ready for me to complete the plumbing finals and electrical. I appreciate your business and I’m sorry we could not both part ways happy . Thank you for your review ! I wish you the best Carrie
