My regular cleaned up and disappeared on us so I spent quite a bit of time looking everywhere and asking neighbors for references. I tried a few companies and was not happy with the services or the customer service so when I reached out to Bartochak & Sons, I wasn't that hopeful but boy was I wrong! Two ladies, Maires and Carla, came the day of the appointment, walked around the house taking notes and after some back and forth about the service and price, I agreed to the price they quoted even though it was a tad more because Maires pointed some things the previous cleaner didn't clean well. Maires and Carla really took their time cleaning the house and did a FANTASTIC job! You know they did a great job when even your kids notice and say 'You're hiring them, right?', not as a question but more of a plea.:-) They were thorough and didn't rush, polite and adjusted when I asked that they work on my room coz I had a video meeting. I am beyond relieved to finally find a company that meets my standards so if you are looking for a cleaning company, look no more! What I also appreciated is the follow-up after the appointment by Maires who sent me a message summarizing what they did, and asking for my input and whether we would like to hire them. A very happy customer in Clarksburg:-)

I really like their flexibility, affordability and attention to the details. I contacted them on Sat and requested service on Sun morning. They arrived on time and provided excellent service! Everywhere was clean and welcoming when we opened the door. I was thrilled. There were some marks on the foyer floor but I don't think these were scratches. I contacted Bartochak company and received good suggestions. I will try to remove the marks myself later. It is very likely that I will hire them in the future if I need cleaning again. I am an actual customer and I recommend the Bartochak company's for your house cleaning.
