Thank you Ed and your team for everything! I had originally requested some household debris removal out of my basement. Ed came out on site a few days ahead of time to take a look at the junk I wanted to remove and gave me a more than fair estimate based on the amount of junk I had to be removed. My basement is 1500 square feet and I had about two dump trucks worth of clutter in my basement. Soon after Ed discussed the pricing I knew that I wanted to use his company based on his professionalism and ethics. The day of the work, Ed had two dump trucks out on site and all the debris removed from my basement in no time at all! I coundn't beleive how effective his crew was in getting the job done. I have already referred my neighbors to his company because of the high quality of work his company does. Thanks again Ed!
I enjoyed having EES service my chimney and fireplace. They're extremely professional, quick, clean and fair. As a new homeowner, I try to take preventative measures and for good reason. Not only did they clean my chimney but saw cracks in my fireplace which is a fire hazard. I've scheduled to have the area repaired and will definitely use EES for future household needs.
Anthony and Abel were so professional, friendly, and careful. I was convinced we would not be able to fit all our household goods into a PODS we rented, but Anthony made everything fit, with room to spare! We had a little miscommunication about when they would arrive, and they wound up charging me $50 more than the initial estimate, but overall I thought Briggs was great. This is a family business, which I appreciate. The three young men who arrived to power wash my house were friendly, courteous and professional, and did a thorough job. They also provide a variety of other household services, and I would consider using them again.
Rob called before he arrived & showed up on-time which is important to me. I just moved here & needed help with some misc household projects; Rob wall mounted two large TV's & a cumbersome wall shelf in about 2 hours. His work was clean, high-quality & affordable. I will definitely call on him in the future & recommend him to anyone I know that may need a good handyman for just about anything.
Tim arrived in a timely manner and mounted the 40inch TV in no time successfully. He also cleaned up after himself. I would definitely hire him again for other household activities.

So my back went out and I couldn’t get my household chores done. I needed to book a house cleaning because I’ve decided not to use the company I usually book. There was only a couple of reviews for American Commercial Cleaning Services so I couldn’t judge whether they’d do a good job. I’m so happy I took a chance because I literally booked her last minute and she fit me in the schedule. The best part for me is that when they left I didn’t feel like I didn’t get my money’s worth. I’m very pleased and will hire again.
The service went very well. Everything came out as expected. The only (minor) complaint I could have relates to the longish time it took to complete the job. But, being a 100% outdoors job that didn't affect the household workings in any manner, we were fine with it. We are pleased with the results. The paving and retaining wall system they used (Nicolock) seems to be of very good quality. Rainwater drainage was a big problem with the older walkway, and they took their time to replace it with a much better installation. Their personnel demonstrated experience in dealing with this kind of construction, even giving a few useful suggestions on how to tackle little problems as they surfaced. I would definitely recommend their services to other prospective clients, for sure.
The three member Mop and Move team did a superb job moving my household goods from my house to a storage unit in preparation for selling the house. They arrived on time--shortly after 8 a.m.--and worked past 7 p.m. They are very honest, hard working, conscientious, professional and most accommodating. I will definitely call Mop and Move to complete the next and final phase of my move from the storage unit to a new home. If I could give them six stars I would, as they deserve it. They are one of the best moving teams I have experienced.
VIP Steemer was excellent in their customer service from the first contact with them. They showed up on a holiday as it was December 23 when the flood happened in our home. They responded the same night after hours and began water restoration services immediately. They were friendly, fast and continued to come back daily until the work was completed. They sent in ladies to clean up the mud left from the water damage after the rooms were dry and they had begun the removal of damaged drywall and floorboards. They were there to help us and jumped in to do the work when our insurance company left us hanging for days and were not willing to send out contractors to begin the process of restoration for days on end due to it being the holiday season between Christmas and New Years. We called VIP Steemer after the initial night of cleanup and found out they could handle the complete process immediately and contracted with them to do the entire job from start to finish. They worked with us on inventory of our damaged and salvaged household goods for the insurance company claim, packaging and storage in a facility in order for the restoration process to begin to restore our house for the contracting portion of the work. It was a seamless process and they were careful to take excellent care of all our goods as if it were their own. Our items were completely safe with them. Julian Iwundu worked with us and developed a relationship with us throughout the entire process keeping us abreast of the progress and inquiring on our satisfaction. If something was not to our liking during the contractor phase, they went out of their way to fix it immediately. Julian Iwundu walked us through how to send our insurance check to the mortgage company to get it signed off so we could get it back to sign it and turn it over to his company when the work was finally completed and was very patient in the process (homeowners may not know that this occurs when there are damages to your property on an insurance claim when you have a mortgage with a large claim). They even brought everything back in excellent condition from the storage facility when the work was completed. We could not be more pleased with the entire job from start to finish. We were sad to see them go when everything was done that is how happy we were to have them around during the time they spent working on our home. We will definitely contact them again if we need any recovery, cleaning, contractor or moving services because of the level of trust they inspired in us.
Before having my child, I was in desperate need of having the baby room redone. Mr. Herrera painted the room as well as replacing the floors. He was fast and reliable! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a dependable handy man. I will definetly be using him for future household needs.
My rating is actually 4.5 stars. My job was a series of household tasks including hanging a swinging door and fire and smoke alarms, putting push & kick plates on the door, providing and installing two new doors including putting lever locks on both doors. Hugo was very professional, respectful, cordial and easy to work with. He made and executed a plan to replace the 2 doors mentioned which saved time and reduced cost from my original idea. I am most grateful for the terrific job he did and plan to use the services of Handyman At Your Command, LLC for future household projects.
