I had a whole house vent cleaning done recently by this company. I was wondering the burning smell coming through my vent but the technician said that there would be a burning smell for a day. I just happen to go down to the basement and I find that the cover of the furnace was not on and the air filter was leaning up against the furnace motor and pilot light. I remove the air filter and saw that the filter was charred from leaning up against the furnace motor. The furnace filter was not lock in the filter bracket. Which I find on the floor in front of the furnace. After checking the furnace, I notice that one wall still had dust on it and the place where the filter covered still had some dust in its area. I reported to Thumbtack about what I discovered. If I did not go down to my basement, I could had a fire in the furnace because of the air filter leaning up against the furnace motor and pilot light.

Discovered mold in my master bathroom due to leaky and rusty pipes. Indoor Green took care of the mold removal as well as redoing the bathroom (tile work in bathtub and shower). It took a little longer than expected but overall I was extremely pleased with the end results.

I cannot speak highly enough for the work Oren, Alan & their crew did during a difficult time, where we even had to stop work for about a week when I had Covid. Their guys wore masks and did detailed work. My place looks just like it did before water damage.

Each project is unique and it depends on the severity of that specific issue. That is why we offer free on-site estimate for qualified potential customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we assess the client's issue by asking specific questions. Once all their information is gathered, we proceed to send a supervisor technician to do an on-site visual inspection. The client is then presented with an estimate. Once the estimate is approved, we continue by scheduling the client and proceeding with the work scope.
